We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence in your investment while clearly outlining coverage, responsibilities, and limitations.

Residential Warranty

Fabrication & Installation Warranty

Pacific N.W. Marble & Granite provides a limited warranty on fabrication and installation for residential projects.

Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in fabrication workmanship

  • Installation-related issues (leveling, seam placement, adhesion)

  • Structural integrity under normal use

Warranty Period:

  • 1 Year from Date of Installation

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care

  • Chips, cracks, or scratches after installation

  • Heat damage or thermal shock

  • Staining due to lack of sealing

  • Damage from plumbing, cabinetry, or structural movement

  • Normal wear and tear

Material Warranty

All engineered stone (quartz) materials are covered by manufacturer warranties only. Pacific NW Marble & Granite does not warranty material defects but will assist with claims. Natural Stone (granite) does not have any material warranty.

Commercial Warranty

Fabrication & Installation Warranty

Coverage Includes:

  • Fabrication defects

  • Installation workmanship issues under normal commercial use

Warranty Period:

  • 90 Days from Date of Installation (or per contract)

Commercial environments involve higher usage. Wear, impact damage, and environmental exposure are not covered. Terms may vary by contract.

Warranty Service Process

  1. Contact us within the warranty period

  2. Provide photos and description

  3. We evaluate coverage

  4. If covered, we repair or correct the issue

General Warranty Conditions

  • Proper care must be followed

  • Full payment required

  • Third-party modifications void warranty

  • Surfaces used as intended only

Limitations of Liability

Pacific N.W. Marble & Granite is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or damage to fixtures/appliances. Warranty repairs do not extend the original period.
